30-Day Hassle-Free Return
Within 30 days of purchase, if the product has quality issues and cannot function normally, we offer a refund or replacement (after basic troubleshooting).
7-Year Conditional Warranty
All products come with a 7-year warranty starting from the purchase date.
Years 0–3: Free After-Sales Service & Repair
We provide free repair and after-sales support.
The warranty does not cover:

Use beyond specified current, voltage, or temperature

Do not puncture, burn, immerse, or short-circuit

Tighten terminals and use proper cable size

Not suitable for engine starting
